Project Terms & Conditions

Understanding commitments, delivery schedules, and payment terms before launch.

1. Project Schedule

Work starts immediately across all selected services (Social Media, Website, and CRM). Week 1 is dedicated to asset collection, information gathering, and initial editing. The first website draft will be ready in Week 2, with final completion timeline tailored to the custom ordering & Toast API package selected.

2. Investment Terms

Payment Schedule: $3,750 setup fee is billed immediately upon contract signing ($1,750 website initial setup + $2,000 AZL Flow CRM setup). The remaining $1,500 website setup balance is due on November 15th. The Month 1 marketing retainer is $2,000 (Social Media Core $1,250 + Local SEO $750). The AZL Flow CRM monthly platform subscription ($349/mo) begins in Month 2 (30 days later), bringing the total recurring retainer to $2,349/mo from Month 2 onward.

3. Support & Updates

Website maintenance and CRM support includes hosting backups, software updates, and minor page/menu revisions to ensure your customer ordering and engagement systems operate without interruption.

4. Data Ownership

Oromo Cafe retains full ownership of all client database records and financial transaction histories collected in the CRM.
